Destination: Mt. Sunapee, Newbury, New Hampshire

Arrive at LHS: 4:45 am

Departure Time: 5:00 am sharp!

Return Time: 7:30 pm (approximately)

Departure Location: Coach bus parks at LHS main entrance

Bus and Lift Ticket: 98 per young adult (age 13-18)

$114 per adult (age 19+)

Ski/Snowboard Rental: $43 with boots and helmet (*see equipment rentals below)  

Start Here /Learn to Ski/Ride Package (1st timers) –$135 per person, ages 16+

Includes: South Peak Only Lift Ticket, bus, Ski or Snowboard Rental, Two-hour Group Lesson

(*This includes the price for renting equipment. Please Don’t pay for rentals online. Fill out personal information on the registration form instead.)

Workshop Lesson Package –$156 per person.

Includes:  All Mountain Lift Ticket, bus, Two-hour group lesson. *Rentals are not included and must be ordered and paid for online. (see below)                                        

Equipment Rentals: Epic Mountain Rentals (Ledyard HS must be written into “Special Request” field of link.) Rentals Must be submitted no less than 48 hours prior to day of arrival.

If you can find a cheaper alternative for renting, you may certainly do so.)

****If we get 40 participants (excluding chaperones) everyone will be entered into a raffle for a REFUND of their lift ticket! The first 20 people to sign up get their name entered twice!***

Registration

• Payment will be accepted as cash or check.

• Make checks payable to Ledyard High School.

• Payment is due by Friday, January 10th! (contact Mr. Woodruff after this date)

• Complete both sides of attached permission slip.

• Be sure to include all rental and lesson details on the next page if purchasing the Start Here/Learn to Ski/Ride package.

• ALL other rental information and payments are done online.

• Enclose payment and permission slip in an envelope with name on the front.

• Return payment and permission slip to Mr. Woodruff in Room 201 or Mr. Woodruff’s mailbox in the Main Office.

Additional Information

• Students who have never skied/snowboarded before should be accompanied by a friend/buddy for safety reasons. (see itinerary for more details)

• There are no refunds unless you are able to fill your seat with another person.

• This trip may fill up and is first-come, first-served.
